Order management

  • Always be wary of anyone, who has a website, who proposes the purchase of goods by telephone, especially with a request for payment on delivery. No Bio-Natural operator is authorized to receive orders by telephone, let alone bank or credit card details and more generally any payment system. Bio-Natural operators will only be able to contact customers regarding orders already placed solely for coordination reasons.
  • It is possible to purchase products from the Bio-Natural catalog exclusively from the site of the same name and using the internal procedure on the site or through other marketplaces with its own order management system with which we are integrated.

  • Bio-Natural operators can contact the customer (only from Italy) only and specifically for agreements or information regarding an order placed through the site or made on other marketplaces (delivery delay, out of stock, delivery confirmation).
  • The procedure for any changes in the amount of an order is communicated by email from one of the addresses of bio-natural.eu and can only be done through a traceable payment system (PayPal, bank transfer). In the case of telephone contacts, it is good practice to check the interlocutor (ask the operator for the order number, the products purchased, etc.)

Delivery and withdrawal

  • Always check the integrity of the package and the integrity of the belt; all Bio-Natural packs are sealed with adhesive tape bearing our references.
  • Accept the parcel with reserve if the parcel has any anomaly, take photos before and during opening in case of problems.
  • If the package being delivered is unacceptable, please do not accept it and please take some photos that you can send us by email or Whatsapp; it would be a great help to improve our services and it also speeds up the sending of the new package before the return arrives at our office.
  • The same precaution is a good rule to apply it also in cases of withdrawal at the point.
  • In the case of cash on delivery, couriers will not be able to ask for amounts greater than those indicated in the email received at the time of order; any extra costs are not foreseen.
  • Please send a report if some courier leaves the package without delivery confirmation; it is an incorrect procedure that could lead to the loss of the package.
